Medibees Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. ("Medibees", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices available to you. By using our services or our platform you consent to this policy.

3. Medibees HRM (Workforce Monitoring)
Medibees provides caretakers with a dedicated workforce application ("Medibees HRM") to support day-to-day operations, on-the-job guidance, and quality supervision. To ensure service quality and accurate records of work performed, the HRM application collects work-related operational telemetry such as routine check-ins/check-outs, approximate work location during duty periods, timestamps, and call metadata (for example, call start/end times and duration).
This operational data is used to verify attendance, measure engagement with assigned duties, support field supervision and mentorship, and investigate service-related issues. Medibees HRM is not used to record the content of private phone conversations; only metadata relevant to work supervision and care-delivery quality is processed. Collected HRM information is stored securely and accessed only by authorized Medibees staff for legitimate business purposes, performance management, compliance, or where required by law.
Caretakers are informed about HRM use at onboarding and consent to this operational monitoring as part of their engagement with Medibees. If you are a Customer and have questions about what HRM data is used for, contact us at help@medibeeshomecare.com.
4. Lawful Basis & Consent
We rely on consent, contractual necessity, legal obligations and legitimate interests (such as quality monitoring and fraud prevention) to process personal data. Caretakers are informed about HRM-related processing and explicitly consent as part of their contract where required.
5. Sharing & Disclosure
We may share information with caretakers (as needed to deliver care), insurers, payment processors, background-check providers, law enforcement, and trusted service providers. All third-party partners are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality and protect personal data.
6. Data Security
Medibees uses administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk to protect personal data. Access to HRM and other operational data is limited to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. While we implement reasonable protections, no system is fully secure — in the event of a material breach we will comply with applicable notification laws and inform affected parties promptly.
7. Retention
We retain personal and operational data for as long as necessary to deliver services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and for legitimate business needs. HRM telemetry is retained per our retention schedules and is used for quality, audit and compliance purposes.
8. Rights & Requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data to the extent permitted by law. To exercise these rights, contact help@medibeeshomecare.com. For requests about HRM or workforce data, caretakers may follow internal HRM request procedures as described during onboarding.
